This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Next Dynamics Inc. ("Next Dynamics", "we", "us") collects on nextdynamicsinc.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you send us through our forms plus minimal technical data needed to run the site, we never sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
When you use the form on our Contact Us page, we collect your name, email address, and message. We use them to respond to your inquiry and, if a conversation continues, to manage that relationship.
When you apply for a role, we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, LinkedIn profile URL, and the resume you upload. We use them to evaluate your application and to contact you about the role. If you would like us to keep your application on file for future openings — or to delete it — just tell us at the email below.
If you exchange contact details with a member of our team — for example by sharing a business card or scanning a digital card at an event — we store the details you shared (typically name, title, company, email, and phone) so the person you met can follow up. We use them for that professional relationship and nothing else; you can ask us to correct or delete them at any time.
Like nearly every website, our infrastructure keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots — it replaces the puzzles older CAPTCHAs used. Analytics runs only with your consent and is described in our Cookies Policy.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build visitor profiles.

We keep contact-form messages and business-contact details for as long as the professional relationship they support stays relevant. We keep job applications while the role is open and, if you agree, on file for future openings. You can ask us to delete any of it sooner — see "Your Choices" below.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live, these choices may also be legal rights (for example under state privacy laws or the GDPR); we honor reasonable requests regardless of whether a specific law applies.
The site is served entirely over HTTPS, form submissions are protected against automated abuse, and access to submitted information is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We are a U.S. company and process information in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
